General description
这种Spectroquant®氟化物测试可以准确定量各种水中的氟离子。氟离子存在于地球上的几种矿物质中，但在自然界的水体中仅以微量存在。氟离子与红色锆染料溶液的一部分发生反应，形成无色络合物，进而导致红色漂白（SPADNS 方法）。随后用光度法测定未消耗的锆染料溶液的浓度。
该方法类似于APHA 4500-F-D。
