方法：光度法 0.002 - 0.500 mg/l Cd Spectroquant®

该Spectroquant®钙试剂测试可以准确定量含水样品中的钙含量。


方法原理：在碱性溶液中，镉离子与阳离子衍生物（阳离子= 1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(4-苯并苯基)三氮杂烯的昵称）反应形成红色络合物，用光度法测定。


该Spectroquant®试剂测试盒包含高度稳定的即用型试剂混合物，用于根据随附说明书所述流程进行分析。


我们所有的反应池和测试试剂盒都配备了独特的实时ID（二维条码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
