Spectroquant® Sulfite Reagent Test亚硫酸盐测试盒（试剂版）可准确测定水相样品和食品饮料（如啤酒）中的亚硫酸盐含量。
方法原理：在中性溶液中，亚硫酸根离子与2,2’-二硝基-5,5’-二硫代苯甲酸（Ellman’s试剂）反应形成有机硫代硫酸盐。该反应可释放巯基，通过光度法测定含量。
Spectroquant® Reagent Test试剂版测试盒包含高度稳定的即用型试剂混合物，用于根据随附说明书所述流程进行分析。
我们所有的预装版(Cell)和试剂版(Reagent)测试盒都配备了独特的实时ID（二维码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
