General description
人乙酰辅酶A羧化酶2（ACC2）（IC50 = 2.8 µM）的细胞渗透性和选择性抑制剂，在体外浓度高达100 µM下不会抑制人ACC1。 它还显示出抑制酵母菌的生长（IC50 = 3.8 µM），其中天然ACC1基因被人ACC2菌株替代；但浓度为≤ 100 µM的人ACC1菌株则没有。在浓度高达10 µM的培养中，该化合物对人细胞没有毒性。
Preparation Note
在复溶后，分装并冷冻保存（-20°C）。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多3个月。
