General description
Method: colorimetric with color card 0.05 - 0.15 - 0.25 - 0.50 - 1.0 mg/l NO MQuant®
This MQuant® Nitrite test (formally MColortest®) is suitable for the colorimetric determination using the easy to use color card. The reagents are added to the sample, resulting in a color reaction. The concentration is determined by allocating the color to a value on a reference scale.
This test also is suitable to quickly check for nitrite interferences prior to a nitrate determination with Spectroquant® Nitrate in seawater 1.14556.
