General description
方法：光度法，0.5 - 12.0 mg/l O₂，Spectroquant®
该方法类似于DIN EN 25813-21。该Spectroquant®氧测试盒（Cell Test预装版）可准确定量水性样品中的氧含量。方法原理：氧将二价锰氧化为三价锰。在酸性溶液中，三价锰与Titriplex® II反应形成红色络合物，通过光度法（改良Winkler法）测定含量。Spectroquant® Cell Test预装测试盒包含预装试剂的16 mm反应比色管，以及根据说明书进行分析所需的所有试剂。所有的Spectroquant®预装版(Cell Test)和试剂版(Reagent Test)测试盒都配备了独特的实时ID（二维码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
