General description
该方法类似于APHA 3500-Al-B和DIN ISO 10566 E30。该Spectroquant®铝试剂测试可以准确定量水样品中的铝含量。
方法原理：在弱酸性醋酸盐缓冲溶液中，铝离子与铬天青S反应形成蓝紫色化合物，可通过光度法测定。由于空白试剂本身显橙色，测试液显橙红色至红色。
该Spectroquant® Reagent试剂测试盒包含高度稳定的即用型试剂混合物，用于根据随附说明书所述流程进行分析。
