方法：光度法，0.025 - 1.000 mg/l Cd Spectroquant®
该Spectroquant®镉测试盒（Cell Test试剂预装版）可准确定量水性样品中的镉含量。
方法原理：在碱性溶液中，镉离子与cadion衍生物（cadion是1－（4－硝基苯基）－3－[4－（苯基偶氮）苯基]－三氮烯的俗名）反应形成红色络合物，用光度法测定。
Spectroquant® Cell Test预装测试盒包含预装试剂的16 mm反应比色管(cell)，以及根据说明书进行分析所需的所有试剂。
所有Spectroquant®预装版和试剂版测试盒都配备了独特的实时ID（二维码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
