方法：光度法0.050-0.800 mg/l BSpectroquant®
该方法类似于EPA 212.3、APHA 4500-B B和已撤销的ASTM D3082-15。
这种Spectroquant®硼试剂测试可以准确定量水样品中的硼含量。
方法原理：在酸性溶液中，硼酸盐离子与二醇反应形成螯合物，螯合物被选择性提取。在提取物中，螯合物与姜黄素反应形成红色复合物，该复合物通过光度法测定。
该Spectroquant® Reagent试剂测试盒包含高度稳定的即用型试剂混合物，用于根据随附说明书所述流程进行分析。
我们所有的反应池和测试试剂盒都配备了独特的实时ID（二维条码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
