General description
ADP-核糖的氨基类似物，可作为聚（ADP-核糖）糖水解酶（PARG；IC50=120 nM）的高效，非竞争性和特异性抑制剂。即使在1 mM浓度下，也不会影响聚（ADP-核糖）聚合酶（PARP）或NAD：精氨酸单（ADP-核糖基）-转移酶A的活性。还可作为在更高浓度（IC50 = 260 µM）下来自金环蛇毒液的NAD糖水解酶的抑制剂。注意：1组 = 5 x 60 µg.
