Product Source: expressed in E. coli
ROK substrate protein corresponding to amino acids 654-880 of human MYPT1 with an N-terminal GST tag. MW = 60 kDa.

Physical form

100mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 200mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione and 5μg/ml leupeptin. Frozen solution.

Preparation Note

1 year at -20°C from date of shipment. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For maximum recovery, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
