General description
GST标记的融合蛋白，对应于小鼠Rhotekin Rho结合域的残基7-89，在大肠埃希菌中表达并与谷胱甘肽-琼脂糖结合。特异性结合并沉淀细胞裂解物中的GTP-Rho，但不沉淀GDP-Rho。

Physical form
650 µg重组蛋白溶于1 mL谷胱甘肽-琼脂糖浆液中，其中包含45mM TRIS（pH 7.5）、0.45%Triton X-100、135mM NaCl，4.5 mM MgCl2、0.9 mM二硫苏糖醇、0.09 mM PMSF、0.9 µg/mL抑肽酶、0.9 µg/mL亮肽素和10%甘油。

Analysis Note
