Ral Assay Reagent (Ral BP1, agarose)

GST fusion-protein, corresponding to residues 397-519 of rat Ral binding protein (RalBP1) bound to agarose. Also referred to as RLIP and RLP; specifically binds to and precipitates RalA-GTP and RalB-GTP from cell lysates.

300 μg of protein in 600 μL of a 50% agarose slurry in 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 200 mM NaCl, 1% Triton X-100, 20 μM PMSF, 1 mM aprotinin prior to the addition of glycerol to 50%. Liquid suspension.
