分析说明
比活度：亲和沉淀测定： 当加入10 µL谷胱甘肽琼脂糖时，10 µg该批次从体外加载GTPγS的3T3和A431细胞裂解物中沉淀出Rac-GTP。 经3T3和A431裂解物处理的GDP用作阴性对照。 在蛋白质印迹法中，使用1 &μg/mL抗Rac（目录号05-389）和山羊抗小鼠HRP二抗（目录号12-349）通过免疫印迹分析检测沉淀的Rac-GTP。
