General description
HPLC柱
Purospher® RP-18专门用于使用简单的中性洗脱液对有问题的碱性化合物进行分离。此外，Purospher<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL> RP-18可以使亲水性化合物与水性流动相分离。Purospher<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL> RP-18是基于高纯度无金属二氧化硅。表面的多步化学修饰和失活可实现碱性和螯合化合物的峰尾自由洗脱。Purospher<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL> RP-18不适用于酸性化合物的分离。Purospher<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL> RP-18的良好化学稳定性使得能够在pH值为8时长时间使用流动相条件。与HPLC系统的连接通过使用manu-CART NT柱支架（1.51486）完成。
