General description
HPLC色谱柱
Superspher® RP-select B 是高度可重复的、传统生产的球形硅胶载体，具有反相特性和 C-8 相的疏水性。这个载体非常适合于碱性化合物的分离，但在中性和酸性化合物的测定中也有较好的性能。这种粒径为 4µm 的高性能二氧化硅载体具有出色的压力/分离性能比。该吸附剂装入 LiChroCART 125-3 HPLC 柱中。HPLC 系统的连接是通过使用 manu-CART NT 支架（1.51486）完成的。
