General description
HPLC色谱柱
LiChrospher® RP-select B是一个通用的用传统方法生产的球形硅胶载体，具有反相特性和C-8相的疏水性。这个载体非常适合于碱性化合物的分离，但在中性和酸性化合物的测定中也有较好的性能。该吸附剂包装在LiChroCART 250-4 HPLC柱中。HPLC系统的连接是通过使用 manu-CART NT柱支架（1.51486）完成的。
