Application
LiChrospher® 100 RP-18 endcapped are reliable and versatile HPLC columns based on traditionally produced spherical silica carriers with reversed-phase properties and endcapping. They are well suited for the chromatography of acidic, neutral and weakly basic compounds, substances found frequently in all analytical fields. Typical applications are the separation of Aflatoxins, Aldehydes, Alkaloids, Antibiotics, Aromatic amines, Catecholamines, Esters, Lipids, Fatty acids, Flavonoids, Ketones, Nitrosamines, Nucleosides, Nucleotides, PCB, Peptides, Pesticides, Phenols, Phospholipids, Phthalates, Preservatives, Steroids, Sulfonamides, Sweeteners and Vitamins.
