PP2A Immunoprecipitation Phosphatase Assay Kit can be used to detect purified PP2A or PP2A from a cellular lysate. It utilizes the Malachite Green & contains components that have been matched to optimize sensitivity & range of detection.

Routinely evaluated by immunoprecipitation of purified PP2A (14-111) or PP2A from a cellular lysate. The activity is assessed by dephosphorylation of the phosphopeptide (K-R-pT-I-R-R).
