General description
来自南瓜属物种的天然抗坏血酸盐氧化酶。一种对抗坏血酸氧化为脱氢抗坏血酸进行催化的含多铜氧化酶。AO催化还原性有机底物的伴随单电子氧化将双氧四电子还原为水。适用于消除抗坏血酸在临床检验中的干扰及抗坏血酸的测定。被叠氮化物，二硫代氨基甲酸酯和硫氰酸盐抑制。
Preparation Note
在复溶后存放于冰箱（4°C）。该储备液可在4°C下稳定保存3周。
