一般描述
光稳定剂12-肉豆蔻酸 13-乙酸酯(PMA)取自未熟的乌桕果实。它是一种促炎剂 。PMA通过释放细胞因子、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酯(NADPH)氧化酶和蛋白酶来产生作用,从而导致组织损伤或激活组胺的产生。这会促进血管重塑、发热和发红。PMA具有抗菌、增殖、抗增生和抗肿瘤作用。
应用
佛波醇12-肉豆蔻酸酯13-乙酸酯可用作单核细胞系如 U937 和THP-1细胞分化的诱导剂。
生化/生理作用
佛波醇12-肉豆蔻酸酯13-乙酸酯是一种促肿瘤佛波酯。它通过激活蛋白激酶C(PKC)信号途径来调节各种过程,如基因转录、细胞生长和分化、凋亡、免疫反应和受体脱敏。它促进人单核细胞THP-1细胞分化为功能性巨噬细胞。
