General description
一种细胞可渗透的羟吲哚化合物，可选择性抑制BCL6的转录抑制活性（在基于293T的报告基因分析中，在50 µM时抑制约70%），但不是其他三个BTB/POZ（bric-a-brac tramtrack broad Complex/痘病毒锌指）家族成员Kaiso，HIC1和PLZF，通过BTB结构域直接BCL6结合（Kd = 138 µM）并阻断辅阻遏物BBD-（BCL6结合域）介导BCL6相互作用（IC50 = 212 µM & Ki = 147 µM，与SMRT-BBD肽竞争性结合），导致BCL依赖性DLBCL（弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤）中BCL6靶基因上调，但不依赖BCL的Toledo和OCI-Ly4细胞系。在体外显示出对DLBCL细胞系（IC50为24至936 µM）以及原代人DLBCL细胞的抗增殖活性，并在体内抑制小鼠中BCL依赖性肿瘤的生长（第9天为对照肿瘤大小的<40%；50 mg/kg/天，通过i.p.）。
