General description
四草酸钾认证的缓冲溶液是在注册的校准实验室用高质量的试剂和水重制的。根据5点校准法，采用复合玻璃电极测定其pH值在25°C下为1.68。测量是按照DIN 19268采用符合DIN 19266、NIST、IUPAC、欧洲药典和美国药典的参考缓冲溶液。缓冲液的pH值强烈依赖于温度，因此在使用过程中必须保持恒定的温度。
