General description
天然人C3d补体成分。C3d是通过胰蛋白酶或弹性蛋白对iC3b的有限消化形成的。C3的C3d区域包含天然C3分子的一部分，该部分能够在补体攻击下与目标表面形成共价键连接。C3d是一种多肽，分子量为30 kDa。C3d与B淋巴细胞上存在的CR2（CD21）受体的结合显著增强了由多种刺激引发的B细胞活化。
