General description
天然人C9补体成分。存在于正常人血清中的单链糖蛋白，浓度为60 µg/mL。在通过经典或替代途径激活补体时，C5b片段的形成启动了C5b-9补体膜攻击复合物（MAC）在靶表面上的组装。MAC的完全裂解活性仅在三到六个C9分子与每个C5b-8复合物结合后才发生。
