General description
一种顺式二氨基环己基脲化合物，可有效竞争MCP-1与CCR2的结合（IC50=5.1 nM），并有效抑制MCP-1/CCR2介导的PBMC Ca+2通量和趋化性（IC50分别为18和1 nM），而对嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子与CCR3结合的作用要小得多（在10 µM时抑制37%）。诱变分析表明CCR2 Thr292在维持高亲和力拮抗剂结合中至关重要。
