General description

细胞可渗透的强效环巴胺类似物（货号239803），以相似或更低的毒性特异性抑制Hedgehog(Hh)信号传导（Shh-LIGHT2分析中IC50=20 nM；p2Ptch-/-细胞中IC50=50 nM；SmoA1-LIGHT细胞中IC50=500 nM）。与SmoA1结合并促进其从内质网中排出。抑制ShhNP诱导的途径活性和SmoA1诱导的报道分子活性。据报道在体内引起小鼠肿瘤同种异体移植物的消退并在人髓母细胞瘤中诱导快速细胞死亡。显示可使人胶质瘤细胞对TRAIL诱导的凋亡敏感。另提供该化合物的固体形式（目录号239803）。
