General description
一种2-氨基嘧啶化合物，可抵消Dkk-1（Dickkopf-1）对Wnt-3a/LRP5交互效应的拮抗效应，并防止Dkk-1介导的KR2/LRP5/Dkk-1复合物的形成和内在化。已显示在体外存在Dkk-1（在基于细胞的TCF荧光素酶测定中EC50 = 0.63 µM）的情况下成功挽救了对Wnt-3a刺激的细胞反应，并在28天的时间内使OVX大鼠的胫骨小梁骨形成增加了一倍，体内口服剂量为10 mg/kg/天。
