General description
一种常用的广谱抗生素。相对于MMP-1(胶原酶-1;IC50 = 300 µM),MMP-8(中性粒细胞胶原酶;IC50 = 30 µM)的有效抑制剂。还抑制藻酸盐(IC50 = 25 µM)中培养的牛关节软骨细胞的胶原蛋白合成。通过LPS激活的巨噬细胞抑制一氧化氮的合成,而不影响IL-10的释放。
