General description
一种对真核翻译起始因子2亚基α（eIF-2α）进行去磷酸化的磷酸酶复合物的细胞渗透性和选择性抑制剂。已证明，它具有抵抗内质网应激诱导凋亡的保护作用。如，在用750 ng/ml衣霉素（目录编号654380）刺激的PC12细胞中EC50 = ~15 µM。防止体外Vero细胞（减少斑块形成的IC50 3 µM）和体内小鼠角膜感染模型中的HSV复制。
