JMV 2959阻断生长激素促分泌素受体1A的信号传导,减少NMDAR拮抗剂苯环利定引起的预脉冲抑制的缺陷。
Application
胃饥饿素受体拮抗剂JMV 2959可用于催产素受体(OTR)和胃饥饿素受体(GHSR)信号传导的检测。它也可用作GHS-R1a受体拮抗剂,用于进行Hek细胞的预处理,然后接触吡啶酮8,从而研究其对GHS-R1a受体介导的钙内流的影响。
