General description
一种细胞可渗透的吲哚基马来酰亚胺衍生物和SB-216763类似物，可作为GSK-3β抑制剂，在体外结合测定中IC50为53 nM，而在相同测定条件下SB-216763的IC50为92 nM，并且使GSK-3β活性在3 µM浓度的酶促测定中降到27%。它可以减弱hNPC（人类神经祖细胞）细胞的增殖，并以与SB-216763相同的程度富集ST14细胞核周围的β-连环蛋白。此外，它可以模拟稳定的β-连环蛋白的效应，在荧光素酶报告基因测定中上调TCF活性，并增强人祖细胞的分化。
