N-Glycosidase A, Almond

Native N-Glycosidase A from almonds. Cleaves N-glycan chains from glycopeptides, including those with α1,3-linked core fucose. This enzyme cleaves between GlcNAc and asparagine. Note: 1 mU = 1 milliunit.
