General description
来自脑膜脓毒性菌的天然N-糖苷酶F。对天冬酰胺连接的高甘露糖以及来自糖蛋白类的杂合和复合寡糖的水解进行催化。该酶不会裂解通常在植物糖蛋白上发现的含有α1，3-连接的核心岩藻糖的寡糖。如果连接寡糖的天冬酰胺未与氨基和羧基末端的至少一个氨基酸残基肽键合，则N-糖苷酶F也将无法裂解。
