General description

A peptide that selectively inhibits the activation of G_q by M₁-muscarinic cholinergic receptors. Also inhibits activation by cholecystokinin receptor in pancreatic acini at 10 µM. Blocks angiotensin II-stimulated sis-inducing factor and STAT3 tyrosine phosphorylation.
