General description
一种细胞可渗透的N-肉豆蔻酰化G蛋白βγ选择性结合肽,在不刺激核苷酸交换的情况下破坏α和βγ亚基之间的交互效应并促进α亚基解离。显示可引起大鼠动脉平滑肌和Rat2细胞中ERK1/2的快速激活(EC50 ~2.5-5 µM)。还会促进JNK和p38 MAP激酶,磷脂酶C的磷酸化,并导致Ca2+从内部存储中释放出来。也可用阴性对照(目录编号371820)。
