General description

A cell-permeable, N-myristoylated G-Protein Binding Peptide (mSIRK) that contains a single point mutation (Leu⁹ to Ala). In contrast to mSIRK (Cat. No. 371818), the mutant peptide is unable to enhance ERK1/2 phosphorylation. Useful as a negative control for mSIRK.

A cell-permeable, single point mutated (Leu⁹ to Ala), N-myristoylated G-protein βγ Binding Peptide (mSIRK). Does not enhance ERK1/2 phosphorylation and serves as a negative control for studies involving mSIRK (Cat. No. 371818).
