General description
一种细胞可渗透的氨基硫脲铜螯合剂,以可逆的方式有效阻断HDL受体SR-BI-(清道夫受体,B类,I型)介导的脂质摄取(使用表达鼠SR-BI的仓鼠ldlA-7细胞,对于来自DiI-HDL和CE-HDL的DiI和CE摄取,IC50分别为21和57 nM),而对细胞内膜运输或细胞骨架组织几乎没有效应。BLT-1以2:1的化学计量比螯合Cu+2,并且显示半摩尔当量的CuCl2可以完全防止斑马鱼胚胎免受BLT-1诱导的发育缺陷的影响,而BLT-1同样可以用于螯合过量的铜(>4 µM),并从铜毒性中拯救胚胎。
