Preparation Note
在PBS或其他生理缓冲液中轻轻加入缓冲液（例如缓慢向下加入试管侧面），使其溶解，浓度为5-10 mg/mL（蛋白）。请勿剧烈涡旋或搅拌以溶解产品。（KLH是一种极大的蛋白复合物，具有聚集和从溶液中沉淀的趋势。）对于进一步稀释，使用适当的缓冲液并将镁浓度保持在≥10 mM。溶液应储存在冰箱（4°C）中。
