General description
细胞可渗透的腺嘌呤-胸腺嘧啶特异性荧光染色。可用于DNA、染色体和细胞核染色,用于荧光显微镜检查和流式细胞仪应用。对于同时研究未固定细胞中的细胞周期和凋亡很有用。诱导细胞分化。H 33342和相关化合物H 33258(目录编号382061)已与5′非翻译区(UTR)中的RNA适体结合使用以控制转染的基因构建体的表达。表现出比H 33258高10倍的细胞渗透性。
细胞可渗透的腺嘌呤-胸苷特异性荧光染色。可用于DNA、染色体或细胞核染色,用于荧光显微镜检查和流式细胞仪应用。DNA结合染料的最大激发波长为358 nm,最大发射波长为460 nm。对于同时研究未固定细胞中的细胞周期和凋亡很有用。诱导细胞分化。H33342和相关化合物H33258(目录编号382061)已与5′非翻译区(UTR)中的RNA适体结合使用以控制转染的基因构建体的表达。表现出比H 33258高10倍的细胞渗透性。
