General description
重组小鼠γ-干扰素（γ-IFN），在大肠埃希菌中表达为含有134个氨基酸的单个非糖基化多肽。通过色谱法纯化。IFN-γ是由活化的T细胞和自然杀伤细胞产生的II型细胞因子。 在免疫调节中起重要作用，并与通常不表达它们的细胞中II类组织相容性分子表达的诱导有关，从而导致自身免疫性疾病。
