General description

JAK3的细胞可渗透，可逆，有效，ATP竞争性和特异性抑制剂（Janus家族激酶3；IC₅₀ = 78 µM）。对JAK1，JAK2或ZAP/Syk或Src酪氨酸激酶没有效应。作为胶质母细胞瘤细胞粘连和迁移的有效抑制剂。还报告了阻断凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集。
