A useful negative control for JNK Inhibitor II (SP600125, Cat. No. 420119). Inhibits JNK2 and JNK3 only at much higher concentrations (IC₅₀ = 18 µM and 24 µM, respectively) compared to SP600125 (IC₅₀ = 40 nM and 90 nM, respectively).
