General description
细胞可渗透的F-肌动蛋白探针。从海洋海绵Jaspis johnstoni中分离出的这种大环环缩肽是体外肌动蛋白聚合和稳定的有效诱导剂。它与鬼笔环肽（目录编号516640）竞争肌动蛋白结合（Kd=15 nM），并增强白介素2（IL-2）剥夺诱导的凋亡。还具有杀菌、杀虫和抗癌特性。
