General description
天然，鸡卵清溶菌酶。水解几丁质中N-乙酰胞壁酸（2-乙酰氨基-2-脱氧-3-O-[1羧甲基]-吡喃葡萄糖）和N-乙酰基-葡萄糖胺残基之间的β1，4键。还水解肽聚糖中N-乙酰胞壁酸和N-乙酰基-葡萄糖胺残基之间的β1，4键。抑制牙周病菌脂多糖的生物活性。
