General description
无需超速离心即可分离天然完整膜和膜相关蛋白的便捷试剂盒。提取基于蛋白质与细胞膜的结合，而不是基于其疏水性。所得样品适用于功能测定，2-D凝胶电泳和其他应用。
注意：1个试剂盒足以进行多达20次的样品提取。
膜蛋白仅代表人类基因组编码的蛋白质的三分之一，但它们代表了已知的药物蛋白靶标的三分之二以上。因此，制备和表征膜蛋白的方法对于药物发现具有重要意义。但是，由于其疏水性，膜蛋白比可溶性蛋白更难分析。除了溶解的固有困难外，膜蛋白由于其普遍的低丰度而具有挑战性。因此，膜蛋白样品制备的挑战是有效的溶解和选择性富集，理想地将蛋白保持在非变性状态。

Preparation Note

•蛋白酶抑制剂混合物
蛋白酶抑制剂混合物在DMSO中提供，可以在4°°C下保存长达6个月。为了延长储存时间，将混合物以方便的等分试样在-20°℃下冷冻。在样品制备过程中，必须将其保存在室温下，以防止DMSO冻结。
