重组人 β2-微球蛋白在N端与His•Tag序列融合并在大肠埃希菌中表达。随后用CNBr裂解以去除His•Tag序列。 一种与I类MHC分子的α-链非共价结合的细胞外蛋白。用作各种肿瘤和肾脏疾病的标志物。在淀粉样蛋白原纤维延伸的体外模型中，纯化的蛋白的功能类似于天然蛋白。
