General description
具有抗炎特性的可渗透细胞的异恶唑啉化合物。通过结合MIF互变异构酶的催化活性位（D-多巴色素互变异构酶的IC50 = 7 µM）来抑制MIF互变异构酶的活性，并抑制人单核细胞中TNFα，PGE2和COX-2的产生以及RAW 264.7巨噬细胞中花生四烯酸的产生。在免疫炎症性糖尿病的小鼠模型中显示出抗糖尿病特性。也可以50 mM的DMSO溶液（货号505225）提供。
