General description
通过直接非共价MIF相互作用（KD = 24.5 µM）抑制MIF互变异构酶活性（分别为Ki和IC50=0.57和2.4 µM）的细胞可渗透吗啉代苯并二恶英化合物。在RAW 264.7巨噬细胞培养物中，RDR 03758在10µ M时可完全中和100 ng/ml MIF对地塞米松（目录号265005）抑制LPS刺激的TNF产生的主要影响。
