General description

A cell-permeable, reverisible and ATP-competitive inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase (K_i = 3.8 µM), protein kinase A (K_i = 32 µM), and protein kinase C (K_i = 54 µM). Also inhibits catecholamine secretion in intact and permeabilized chromaffin cells.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at 4°C.

Further dilute with aqueous buffer just prior to use.
